Refund Policy

Given the nature of pre-loved and vintage items, we are unable to offer the option to return or exchange purchases and therefore all items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. We are also unable to cancel unshipped orders once they have been processed. Each item is unique, carefully curated, and 100% authentic. Information about the material, measurements, quality, and imperfections, if any, are noted in the detailed description offered for each product. Each product is accompanied with multiple photos as well as photos of any imperfections to help you in your purchase decision. Furthermore, we also style each product allowing you to also better visualize it prior to purchase. Vintage items may have slight imperfections due to age, unless stated to be in a “pristine” condition, please appreciate these flawed gems.

If you have any questions about a product, please email prior to purchase as items are not eligible for returns or refunds. We will do our best to provide you with any information needed prior to purchase including but not limited to additional photos and sizing consultation to help you make the most informed decision. 


In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty* product, you can contact us to file a complaint. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will incur the cost of returning the product and offer you a full refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show up. 

We are unable to absorb the costs of items that are marked as delivered/signed for according to the tracking number that a customer claims to have not received. 

When contacting us about a faulty or incorrect product, please note your order number and describe the issue in detail and please provide relevant photos if possible. 

*Please note that “faulty” refers to defects in the products that would impede its use or imperfections not noted in product description. 


Each item goes through a rigorous authentication process in house or is outsourced to be authenticated by a highly qualified third-party. We believe that expertly crafted fashion pieces are like art and stand firmly against the counterfeit industry. In the unlikely event that you can prove the lack of authenticity of any product sold, we will issue a full refund. 


If we suspect an order to be of a fraudulent nature, we will require you to provide a copy of your government issued photo ID. Should we be unable to verify your identity within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. A $10 restocking fee will be charged for each item in your order at the time of cancellation.

As a small business, we are unable to bear the costs associated with returns of products, but we are here to help in absolutely any way we can.
